FAQs

Here you can check the frequently asked questions of the DPM Finanzas EAF anonymous communication channel

Is anonymity guaranteed when reporting?

During the reporting process, you may choose whether or not to provide your personal information. If you choose to remain anonymous, you must manage your own follow-up through the reporting channel to check on progress and the final resolution. The channel will provide you with a username and password to access the status of your report. The channel is independent of the company and does not record the IP address from which you connect.

I have lost my access credentials to check the status of my report. What can I do?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, only the whistleblower holds their access code and password. If you lose either of them, you will be unable to follow up on the communication. This does not mean the investigation will stop; it simply means you will not be able to track its progress or provide additional information if requested by the company.

What behaviors are reportable?

The reportable conducts are those collected and detailed in the Annex included in the Whistleblowing Channel Management Policy, and are listed below:

  • Abuse of power

  • Human resources related matters

  • Money laundering and terrorist financing

  • Conflict of interest and market abuse

  • Corruption in business

  • Legal duty of confidentiality

  • Discovery and disclosure of secrets

  • Scam / Fraudulent deception

  • Ethics and integrity

  • Sexual exploitation, abuse, or harassment

  • Fraude

  • Other (any action not detailed)

  • Personal data protection

  • Misleading advertising

  • Bribery

  • Influence peddling

What is the whistleblowing channel?

The Complaints Channel is the mechanism that DPM Finanzas makes available to all whistleblowers so that they can report any conduct as established in our company's Whistleblower Channel Management Policy. Therefore, we recommend that you consult the whistleblower's channel management policy.
